Goya Hillwood buy 3.7 acre site in Billingshurst

Goya Developments and Hillwood are pleased to announce the off-market acquisition of 3.7 acres in Billingshurst, West Sussex from Arunway Ltd.

Goya intend to speculatively build a scheme that benefits from an outline planning consent, which will introduce a 49,804 sq ft of multi-let B1/B2/B8 employment space, which will sit behind the new Triumph Motorcycle dealership, to the Horsham borough. This development is poised to address a critical need in the community and contribute to the region's economic growth. As per the “Goya Green” initiative, the scheme will be targeting top ESG credentials to include EPC A+ and BREEAM Excellent.

Goya and Hillwood were advised by Cushman & Wakefield and Arunway Ltd were advised by LSH/Millbrook Land.

The scheme will address a critical need for Grade A industrial stock in the area.
