The development will be Breeam Excellent and offer the latest green technologies, reducing the carbon emissions – and the reducing the power required to operate.

Jim Bryan of Goya Developments commented: ‘We are delighted to be working with SWIP again in Park Royal on another very well located site, which will compliment Central Park by offering smaller units. With the site being so close to the A40, the site has great access to the West End/City has well as the rest of the motorway network. This will be another Goya Green development, where we focus on reducing the occupation costs through energy saving initiatives in the construction.
