Goya are really pleased to be returning to the scene of our first crime/our first development adventure – 11 years ago we developed High Wycombe Business Park in the depths of the recession. People thought we were brave/mad, but it went like hotcakes.

This site is the best distribution site in the High Wycombe area, fronts John Hall Way near Next, and within yards of Junction 4 of the M40.

We will be submitting a planning application for c 119,000 sq ft shortly.
