At Goya, we have a hard fought reputation of striving for only the highest quality in our developments. For that to happen, we are continually evolving the product to ensure repeat business with the occupiers – and our funding partners, as well as ensuring our developments are normally welcomed by local councils and planning authorities. To this end, we work with a relatively small team of like minded professionals who share our goals, to ensure consistency of delivery.
Any new development must be influenced by the increasingly tight renewables and energy saving targets. We are big believers in viable renewable energy within new developments and all of our projects demonstrate this. Having become one of the most active developers of speculative warehouses recently, we have found ourselves at the forefront of the new technologies which are required to achieve these targets.
It saves occupiers money from the outset, and future proofs their businesses against spiralling energy costs.

Meet the Goya team

Jim Bryan
Founder / Director
As the founder of Goya Developments, Jim has an extensive knowledge of industrial and commercial development throughout the UK, but particularly London and the South East, having delivered over 5 million sq ft over the last 20 years.
Jim was previously a director of io Developments for 7 years, and also set up the highly profitable London office of Kilmartin, where he was a director for 4 years. That is where Jim and Jago first started working together, back in 2004. Jim is a windsurfing, surfing, mountain biking, and now somehow a V8 car racing..family man.

Jago Brown
Co Founder / Project Manager
Jago has a proven delivery of over 1.5 million sq ft of office development and 3.5 million sq ft of warehouse development. He also has experience in Crown Courts, Listed Buildings, retail and residential projects, along with long term planning processes on large mixed use sites.
With a construction contractor background, Jago then spent 5 years as Projects Manager with Arlington Securities before joining Jim at Kilmartin, where he set up and ran the project management discipline within England for over 4 years. Jago is a skiing, running and flying …family man.

Andy Stothard
Development Manager
Andy spent nearly 5 years working with Kier Property in the South East and 2 years prior to that working for a niche private developer.
He’s been brought into the Goya team to bring the average age down a little, and take the battle forward, acquiring and developing urban logistics warehouse schemes, primarily in London and the South East. Andy still plays hockey.

We have a Joint Venture with Hillwood in place and are keen to pursue prime development and refurbishment opportunities, particularly industrial, distribution and trade-counter schemes.
