THE GOYA PHILOSOPHY

Start with the exit / alignment of interests

We focus on the exit from first site appraisal onwards, in harmony with our funding partner’s specific requirements.

Complete transparency and alignment of interests with our partners ensures trust – and successful and repeat joint ventures.

The Extra Mile

Our specialist sector and development knowledge skills will only get us so far.
We are big believers in the power of working harder – and hopefully smarter- than anyone. There is no substitute for energy and hard work – and if we don’t work hard, we cannot play hard!

To develop the best specified product in the best locations

At Goya, we have a hard fought reputation of striving for only the highest quality in our developments. For that to happen, we are continually evolving the product to ensure repeat business with the occupiers – and our funding partners, as well as ensuring our developments are normally welcomed by local councils and planning authorities. To this end, we work with a relatively small team of like minded professionals who share our goals, to ensure consistency of delivery.

The Goya Green Agenda

Any new development must be influenced by the increasingly tight renewables and energy saving targets. We are big believers in viable renewable energy within new developments and all of our projects demonstrate this. Having become one of the most active developers of speculative warehouses recently, we have found ourselves at the forefront of the new technologies which are required to achieve these targets.
It saves occupiers money from the outset, and future proofs their businesses against spiralling energy costs.

Our team is there to guide our partners and occupiers through this increasingly complex process. And we really do believe it will make a difference.

TESTIMONIALS

Having been looking for new premises for over a year, Multipond found the development at High Wycombe Business Park to be the most modern, best value for money, greenest unit currently on the market.

Arline Houston

Sales & Project Co-Ordinator

Multipond Limited

We moved from older premises and have been astonished by how little heating/colling/lighting is required at High Wycombe Business Park-both in the offices and warehouse. The ambient temperature seems to vary very little throughout the year. Even on the hottest days the temperature in the office remains pleasant without the need to cool. We’ve also been impressed by Goya Developments attention to detail and final build specification which we think is better than anything we have ever seen in a warehouse unit. We’re happy!

Jeff Hogarth

Branch Manager

CIS

The reason that we like the units at High Wycombe Business Park is because they are finished to an exceptionally high standard and make the most of green technologies to lessen our environmental impact as well as lowering the real cost of occupation. The units are perfectly planned to make them suitable for warehousing, manufacturing and industrial use whilst also offering suitable well designed and styled office space. The estate itself is also highly maintained and offers a very pleasant working environment. The units at High Wycombe Business Park are ideal for any company who wants to reduce operating costs, operates lean management and wants to provide a pleasant working environment for their staff.

We are delighted to be moving into what we consider to be one of the best specified warehouse developments we have seen – it complements our business well and the mezzanine floors for which Goya has obtained a consent will allow us to further maximise the efficiency of the building.

We are hugely satisfied with our new HQ…The Science and Innovation Centre is a place our staff are proud to call home. You gave us plenty of scope to modify your original design and you were prepared to mess about with your timelines because of our specific needs. I really have no negative thoughts at all, and I wouldn’t hesitate in working with you again.

David Smith

Managing Director

The unit is excellent , we had many compliments from everyone who comes to visit us. Was just trying to think if there is anything we don’t like, but cannot , and that’s unusual for me.
