The Goya Green Agenda

Any new development must be influenced by the increasingly tight renewables and energy saving targets. We are big believers in viable renewable energy within new developments and all of our projects demonstrate this. Having become one of the most active developers of speculative warehouses recently, we have found ourselves at the forefront of the new technologies which are required to achieve these targets.

It saves occupiers money from the outset, and future proofs their businesses against spiralling energy costs.

Our team is there to guide our partners and occupiers through this increasingly complex process. And we really do believe it will make a difference.

We are continually looking new sites for speculative development throughout the United Kingdom but with a focus on prime sites in London and the South East.

Ideal Site Criteria is as follows:

• Strategic and prominent locations with good access to road links and motorway networks as well as power

• Good site access via public and private transport

• Edge of town or inner city locations, or on established business and industrial parks

Funding

We have a long-term Joint Venture with our friends at Hillwood in place to pursue prime development and refurbishment opportunities.

Speed of delivery

Our highly experienced and responsive professional team enable us to exchange contracts within four weeks or even less if required.

Joint Ventures

We are also keen to pursue Joint Venture opportunities, whereby existing land owners can use our expertise to maximise land value via a joint approach with Goya.
