We’ve had some success in Orpington previously on Murray Road, so we hope that this 2 acre redevelopment of a former bus depot will be even better given it is in a great location just off the A224 and a couple of hundred yards to the St Mary Cray Railway Station (only 25 minutes into Victoria) and just over the road from the Nugent Retail Park – coffee addicts will be able to reboot at the Costa – in the absence of finding a local indy cafe..
Having acquired the site in May 14, we successfully obtained a detailed planning permission for 50,606 sq ft in November 14 and completed the development in November 2015. We’re excited about bringing the high end Goya spec and brand of energy saving warehousing to Orpington.
1 unit has been let to Hermes, just in time for Black Friday. 2 more units under offer and huge interest in the rest of the development, as we would expect.
Steve Richmond at Edwin Hill and David Moule/Jack Woolard of Gerald Eve are running the agency side of things, so please contact them, or Goya, for further information. www.orpingtonbp.co.uk. Check out the LP record style brochure also!
