Goya have successfully redeveloped the old former 1940’s industrial site with a 114,000 sq ft, 12 unit industrial and trade counter scheme. Over 1300 piles down to 14 metres in the construction with several former foundations found insitu..it was an interesting build.
The site lies opposite the new Star Lane DLR train station, which links Canary Wharf up to Stratford International Rail Station.
